How it works

Finalists are decided by gaining the most public votes within their category. To support your entry, this promotional pack includes posters, table talkers and voting cards. If you need any extras, you can order more at here.

We will also provide you with digital assets for you to use on your social media accounts and website to raise awareness of your participation. Voting is open to the public from 1st August – 30th September 2025.

PICKING A WINNER

To ensure all votes are counted, physical voting cards will need to be registered and input online at here by 30th September. You should retain voting cards for 6 months after voting closes as we may request them to verify votes.

When voting closes, the panel will count all public votes and those with the most votes in each category will be nominated as finalists. All finalists will be visited by our skilled judges and the winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on Sunday 9th November 2025.

The Ceremony is a black tie event where you will enjoy a fantastic three-course meal and an evening of entertainment and celebration at Delta Hotel, V10 Brickhill Street, Milton Keynes MK15 0DS.
